Challenge

In fast-moving times with constant new innovations, the company had to adapt its strategy and initiate the development of a digitally resilient ecosystem.

Method
First, we analyzed possible digital strategies and evaluated the technology behind them. In the end, the decision was made in favor of a digital platform solution in which customers can calculate and order 3D printed parts directly online. Logistics and production were also digitized. The company has changed its strategy to become a zero-asset company. Furthermore, partners were chosen exclusively in Europe to ensure a stable supply chain.

Impact
The company can now offer its customers the latest technologies and materials. The chosen path has proven successful and they can now manufacture components for their customers using 11 technologies, over 100 materials, 12 finishing methods and various ancillary services in the shortest possible time.
